Q: Do I need to pay for a membership in order to earn commission?
A: No. When you register you are automatically placed in the default affiliate group. You will have the same tools and benefits as the silver and gold membership levels but the commission level is slightly lower. You can see details on the 3 levels of membership here.

Q: What happens if I upgrade my membership AFTER making a sale?
A: If you make a sale and upgrade after the sale has been generated, you will be paid at the commission level you were at when the sale was made. All future sales will be paid at the new commission level for as long as you maintain your membership subscription.

Q: When do I get paid my commission?
A: Commissions are paid on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Some payment methods require the purchaser to provide ID documentation before the sale is fanalized. Your commission will be approved the moment we have validated the payment method and the product has been delivered. Once your sale has been approved, your commission will be added to your balance to be paid on the next pay date.

Q: What happens if my customer initiates a chargeback?
A: If the commission has already been paid, you will be charged the amount of the commission. If you have not been paid, the commission amount will be debited from your account balance. We do everything possible to ensure that this does not happen but we cannot guarantee that any sale will be permanent. Today's financial regulations favor the buyer at the expense of the merchant so there is always a chance that a sale will be reversed. It is in your and our best interest to avoid suspicious transactions and we will work together with you and the credit card companies to minimize this risk as much as possible. Please note that there is an average percentage of chargebacks in any business and if any one affiliate account begins to exceed this percentage we reserve the right to withhold commission payouts for a reasonable time to guarantee that the transaction will not be reversed.

Q: What is the best way for me to advertise my link?
A: There is no ONE perfect answer to this question. There are so many ways to advertise online that the more options you use, the better results you will have. We provide marketing materials in your affiliate back office. These tools are already populated with your affiliate link so in most cases, all you have to do is copy and paste wherever you are advertising. Our marketing products and services are in high demand and can be presented to anyone that is a member of some sort of income generating program. Q: Do I get paid if someone I refer doesn't buy right away but comes back later and buys?
A: Yes. When someone visits our site from your affiliate link, they are tagged with your affiliate information for 365 days. Once they have purchased a products and are now an affiliate, anything they sell also generates a commission for you. The only way you would not get paid is if they leave the site but return using another affiliates link. In that case, the last affiliate to refer would generate the commission. If that same person visits from the second affiliate link but does not purchase anything on that visit, the referal will remain tagged to you as the original referrer. In other words, another affiliate has only one chance to earn that sale or it remains yours.

Q: How fresh are the leads and databases?
A: All of the leads and marketing databases for sale are extremely fresh. The lead packages are from 1 to 10 days old and are sold only once. The B2B marketing databases are updated monthly so they are never more than 30 days old.

Q: How quickly will my order be processed?
A: We process your order as soon as it is placed. All electronic transactions must be verified and in some cases, photo ID is required for first time clients. This process can take up to 24 hours depending on how quickly the client submits their ID. Once the order is verified, leads are delivered within 2 hours.

Q: How are the leads delivered to me?
A: Leads are delivered via email with a secure link that accesses your individual files. You will have 15 days from the day your leads are delivered to download your files. Each file comes in a compressed .zip or .rar file containing a comma seperated value .csv file which can be opened in any word processing program or Excel.

Q: Are your leads safe for mass emailing?
A: All of our leads are completely opt-in with full opt in information. Each batch of leads is scrubbed of any spam traps using a massive supression list with every known spam trap online. As with any email marketing database, you must obide by Can-Spam laws and include opt out information along with your contact information. You should check your ISP's guidelines for mass emailing. We suggest that you use your own email software or auto responder software with it's own mail server to avoid any ISP problems. 

Q: Do you re-sell the leads to other people?
A: No. Each batch of leads is sold by us only once. After a lead package is sold, we delete it from our server.

Q: Do you provide the IP address & timestamp with the leads?
A: Yes. Every lead is delivered with full opt in information.

Q: Are the leads I purchase mine to keep?
A: Yes. Your leads are yours to keep and use as you see fit.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: In most cases orders are delivered within 2 hours. Due to an ever-increasing amount of credit card fraud, we have been forced to implement an order verification process that includes the submission of photo ID for electronic orders such as PayPal or Credit Card purchases. If this is your first order with us, we may request your photo ID and send you a payment authorization form. Once we have received the required verification documents, your order will be delivered within minutes.

Q: What if I don't have a credit card?
A: This is not a problem. We accept both western union and moneygram. You can go through the normal ordering process and select this method of payment at the point of purchase

Q: Can I get a discount on my order?
A: Once you have become a member your order will automatically be discounted the percentage based on your membership level. Free members do not get a discount on personal orders but Silver and Gold members do. A silver membership gives you a 20% discount on all of your personal purchases and a Gold membership gives you a 35% discount. The discounts have been designed to pay for your membership with your first purchase. For example, if you pay $15 for your silver membership and purchase a $100 product or service, your savings would be $20 and would more than cover your membership fee with that first purchase. The same applies to the $30 a month Gold membership.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: An order may be cancelled only before the product or service is delivered. Because all of our products are delivered electronically, once your order has been delivered, you no longer have the ability to cancel the order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do whatever is necessary to make you happy.
